This is a Microsoft Surface Pro 5 12.3 tablet/laptop. This has been thoroughly tested by our professional technicians and is in full working order. The SSD has undergone a rigorous wiping and testing procedure to remove all previous user data and check for errors. There is a UEFI (BIOS) password on these tablets and we cannot reset this. The settings in the UEFI menu cannot be changed although it is still possible to boot from a USB stick to install a new operating system, if required. If you don't know what this is then it probably won't affect you and Windows still boots and runs perfectly.

We have installed Windows 10 Pro on this tablet and it has been digitally activated. All necessary drivers and updates have been installed and we have included a charger in the box. Please note that this unit has a password on the UEFI settings menu so the settings cannot be modified.

This tablet is in very good general condition. There are some marks or scratches on the case (rear and side areas) and around the corners, but absolutely no major damage - see pictures. The screens are in perfect condition with no scratches.

The detachable keyboard and trackpad show some very slight signs of wear, but are fully functional. See pictures for an accurate representation of the item you will receive.

256GB Solid state drive (SSD)&#######xA0. Built in WiFi and Bluetooth (please note this model does NOT have 4G - no SIM card slot). Built in webcam and microphone. 12.3 touchscreen LCD panel. UEFI password on this unit - settings cannot be changed.

1 x USB 3.0 port. 1 x mini DisplayPort (DP). 1 x charger port (can also be use to connect to a Surface dock - not included).

1 x Headphone and microphone combo jack. 1 x micro SD card reader. 1 x SIM card port.

Battery has been tested and will hold a charge for at least 4-5 hours, but will probably last longer depending on use. A compatible non Microsoft (non-OEM) charger is included in the sale. Windows 10 Pro has been installed on all of these tablets and the necessary drivers and updates have also been installed.
