I was traveling about 5 times a year at most to give you an idea of how little it was used. The screen started to bulge late last year. Upon research, I found out this is a known issue with the original batteries swelling underneath it due to heat, and pushing the screen out. I took it in to a local repair shop and they ended up replacing the original mother board for whatever reason while replacing the batteries. They replaced the motherboard with new batteries and a new 256GB hard drive with 8GB of RAM. The original board was configured with a 500GB hard drive and 16GB of RAM. I mention this as the serial number will indicate the latter. They did not replace the screen as it was not cracked and in still working order, but you can see some slight waves/ripples from the bulging affect if you look off to the sides. I do not consider it to be overall distracting and it does not affect the performance. The new setup works perfect.

The camera has added that affect and is not what you will actually see. The Surface Pen along with the original box and charger are also included. The latest Windows 10 Build 2004 is loaded with all updates, and the tablet has been factory reset with a fresh image.
